|These include the utility costs Gas, Electricity paid by cheque quarterly|||||on receipt of||
|invoices and water paid every 6 months<br>on receipt of invoices.<br>In 2020 the Gas and|||||||
|Electricity|is slightly|lower|than 2019due to not using the building.<br>The|water||costs|
|are in line|with 2019costs.||||||
|The repairs and maintenance<br>costs are shared<br>between the unrestricted|||||fund|ofthe|
|General<br>fund and the restricted<br>Building fund. Regular maintenance<br>is||||always|||
|expensed|from the General<br>fund whereas<br>any repairs or additional<br>enhancements<br>to||||||
|the building|are expensed||from the Building fund. This was considerably||higher than||
|2019due to major repairs|||being needed to the building<br>where there was||water||
|damage<br>from the roof this|||was partly funded<br>by an insurance<br>claim. Furnishing|||were|
|replaced<br>and a new||audio|visual system was purchased<br>but not yet installed.||||
