## Report for the charity commission. 

The idea is to provide a place for the local community to meet at a reasonable price. 

On a Monday there a book club who pay a nominal fee for the use once a month. Starting in September and ending  in  December  there  will  be  adult  education course with the them playing a reduced price of half the  usual  fee.  The  local  resident’s  group  have  a meeting on the first Thursday of the month at the going rate of £20.00 an hour. On the 1[st] and 3[rd] Fridays of the month there is bingo for the residents with 50p being charged per person the money goes in towards paying for the bingo cards. And on the 1[st] day of each month the local litter pick group meet for the monthly litter pick no charge is made. And lastly the St Luke’s Church group  once  a  fortnight  with  a  monthly  reduced  fee being charged. 

Any other bookings are charged at £20.00 per hour. 

Costs are kept down by most things being done for free, by residents.
