## **STRUCTURE, GOVERNANCE AND MANAGEMENT** 

The Trust was registered as a Charitable Incorporated OrganisaBon (registraBon number 1158832) with the Charity Commission on 10[th] October 2014. Five trustees served in the year to 31 December 2024. Future trustees are to be appointed by a properly convened meeBng of the Charity Trustees. All trustees must subscribe and adhere to, in belief and lifestyle, the Statement of Beliefs. 

## **Management of risk** 

ChrisBan ministry through local churches and other charitable organisaBons. The Trustees consider there to be liTle risk to manage as there are no liabiliBes or other commitments. 

## **OBJECTIVES AND ACTIVITIES** 

The Trust’s objecBves are to advance the ChrisBan faith in accordance with the Statement of Beliefs in such ways and in such parts of the UK or the world as the Trustees from Bme to Bme may think fit including the provision of grants to ChrisBan workers; to relieve sickness and hardship; and to advance educaBon.
