## - Trustees Report 2022 2023 

Throughout year the Trustees maintained contact virtually. Two new potential trustees have agreed to become involved. 

The Charity continued to provide support to two single parent families, and a man with physical and mental health issues who suffered a bereavement. Support was also given to another family where an older member was affected by dementia. 

The Trustees facilitated the donation of a number of gifts in kind to local charity shops, and participated in a project to provide homeless people with warm clothing. The Chair continues to maintain close links with, and to support the work of two local advice agencies and a refugee support agency. 

The Founder/Chair and Trustees are considering how to provide the charity with an asset base to enhance and consolidate work into the future. A Proposal has been drawn up and will be discussed at a Trustee Meeting in the autumn of 2023.
