TO ADVANCE THE ART OF MUSIC IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY EXTENDING THE PROVISION OF THE MUSICAL ACTIVITIES TO ALL AND ANY AGE GROUPS THAT WOULD BENEFIT FROM THE SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT, PARTICULARLY THE UNDER PRIVILEGED AND THE VULNERABLE.
