To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Those In The United Kingdom, And In Particular Those In Greenwich, Greater London And The Surrounding Area, The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.3. To Promote And Protect The Physical And Mental Health Of Persons With A Physical Or Mental Illness, Disability Or Impairment, Including Special Educational Needs, And Their Carers And Families, Throughout The United Kingdom, Including In Particular In Greenwich, Greater London And Its Surrounding Areas, In Particular By The Provision Of Respite Services, A Range Of Support, Education, Training, Practical Advice And Facilities.
