We have two co-opted members

It’s been almost exactly 14 months since our last AGM. We have delayed this meeting because we thought it best to wait for the partial relaxation of Covid19 restrictions so that it allowed us to hold an in-person meeting whilst keeping to the restricted numbers.
There has not been a lot of activity at the hall over this period due to COVID restrictions but since the last report we have been fortunate to gain Cwm Arian Renewable Energy (CARE) as a long-term user of the facility. CARE has provided an invaluable service to the community as well as much needed income for the hall.
There are now signs that the worst of the pandemic may be over which will hopefully allow us to welcome back our previous customers and resume a full programme of activities, however this will be subject to WG advice.
While the hall has not been busy, we have been fortunate to have progressed some big projects, such as redecorating inside and outside of the facility. We have also been able to finally rectify the flooring issues that we inherited.

During this period, we were fortunate to gain grants from PAVS, PCC and Awards for all.
During the year Thelma Glover, Liza Miles and Kevin Miles stood down from the committee. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for dedication to the hall and for all their hard work.
Finally I would like to thank all the remaining and current committee members for their hard work over for what has been a worrying and sometimes frustrating time for us all.
That concludes the 2020 - 2021 Annual Report.
