PFM Asso¢iate5. D V Marlow & Co Ltd have confirnied they will be able to do our submission for us on time
and a¢t for us on an ongoing b&%is.
2. We have decided to move away from the PFM purposeful portfolio (but continue with them for their holistic

have identified a suitable alternative in the Brewin Dolphin MPS and we have gxven the instruction, following
the suitability lettsr being issued to move the investment portfolio to Brcwin. We have agreed with the

Fair value nwasuren￿nI
The best evidence of fair value is a quot¢d price for an identical &8set in an active markeL When quoted prices
are unavailable, the pri¢e of a recent transaction for an identical &£set provides ￿idence of fair valu¢ as long as
there has not been a significant change in economic CiTGumstances or a signifi&￿t lapse of tim¢ since the
transaction took place. If the market is not active and recent transactions of an identical asset on their own are
not a good estimate of fair value, the fair value is estimated by using a valuation technique.
