Eid Qurbani for**<br>**orphan and needy families has helped**<br>**more than 20,000 people.**<br> **This year we have launched a**<br>**campaign using “Launch-good”**<br>**donation platform and others for**<br>**assisting with the construction of Boy’s**<br>**orphanage and rescue centre in Kenya.**<br>**We have succeeded in helping the**<br>**completion of Al-Walidayn Boy’s**<br>**orphanage building.  This project will**<br>**benefit and accommodate 160 children**<br>**and has a play area and sports centre.**<br>**There is a school closer to the building**<br>**where the children attend.**<br> **This year our bakery in Yemen was**<br>**operating in full capacity and delivered**<br>**over 2 million bread to the orphan and**<br>**needy families.**<br> **This year we have also carried out**<br>**water projects that helped 18000 people**<br>**in Yemen, Gambia and Somalia. **|





||| **This year we have introduced selling**<br>**dates to our donors.  We have**<br>**purchased Ajwah Dates from Madinah**<br>**with the intention of any profits from**<br>**the sale to be used for the care of**<br>**orphan families.  The trial project was**<br>**successful as we have received more**<br>**orders online and donors used the**<br>**purchase to send the dates as gifts to**<br>**friends, families and work colleagues.**<br>**We had a slight delay in the delivery**<br>**reaching us a month before Ramadan**<br>**due to Sues canal traffic jam.  But we**<br>**managed to sell the rest of the stock on**<br>**the next financial year.**<br>**The date sale project improved our**<br>**donor relations and helped us to raise**<br>**more funds through further donations**|

For example, the**<br>**Somali government after a long period,**<br>**has now introduced standardised exam**<br>**for all schools in the country.  They**<br>**have also included ICT as a core**<br>**subject.  Our ICT rooms will equip the**<br>**orphan schools we helped to do well in**<br>**their exams.**<br> **Our Ramadan and Eid program have**<br>**helped many orphan families in many**<br>**poor counties. As the schools are**<br>**closed during Ramadan and they will**<br>**not have the food they used to get from**<br>**the schools they attended.**<br> **Our relief program and bread factory in**<br>**Yemen has benefited many orphan and**<br>**needy families in Yemen.**<br> **Our campaign and assistance in Al**<br>**Waalideyn Boy’s Orphanage and**<br>**rescue centre in Kenya was successful.**<br>**The centre will benefit 160 children with**<br>**food, shelter, medicine and education.**<br> **Our orphan sponsorship program is**<br>**growing. 150 orphans were sponsored**<br>**this year and their lives have improved**<br>**as a result.**|
