The objective of Stroud Handball is the promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the provision of facilities for the playing of Handball.

Stroud Handball Trustees have provided activities which have helped promote physical, mental and social well being through playing Handball. The club has run weekly Handball sessions which are open to all adult members of the community and have welcomed many new participants over the course of the year. 

Stroud Handball have also started weekly sessions for U16s to help offer benefit to the younger members of the community also. These sessions have all focussed on developing physical fitness and team work, which in turn has a positive effect on mental wellbeing.
