Square Peg has a small Management Group that takes care of the day to day running of the CIO and any Fundraising activities. This group consists of Margaret Clement (Trustee), Rachael Peat (non-voting member/Volunteer) and Darrell Johnson (Trustee)
The Policy and Procedures Committee includes the Management Group and the current Chair of the Board of Trustees.
The Transport Group consists of two Trustees (Margaret Clement & Darrell Johnson) and one non-voting member/Volunteer.
- Square Peg has an ongoing relationship with Inspire Youth Arts, Inspire College, Culture and Libraries, Special Schools, Mansfield Town Ability Counts Football Club and the Youth Service, and provides accessible transport to support various activities.

Our service is run entirely by the dedication and goodwill of our volunteers. Square Peg currently has ten volunteers who provide support to the charity alongside the Trustees.

Our volunteers are involved in numerous activities ranging from fundraising to the driving and maintenance of the minibus fleet plus the organising and supervision of activities.
The Trustees wish to formally record their thanks and appreciation to all our volunteers for their continued support and hard work.
Section D Achievements and performance

The Management Group and Trustees continue to work together to review and update Policies and Procedures to ensure the safe and efficient running of the Charity.
The Two Left Feet Walking Group is aimed at young people aged 1630 and provides accessible transport to enable them to undertake supervised walks on a monthly basis. The group was able to enjoy numerous walks at various locations followed by Christmas meal at a restaurant.
The Square Peg Inclusive Dance group is aimed at young disabled people aged 13-25. The group meets on Saturday afternoons during term time and are supported by volunteers and professional dance tutors. The dance sessions have also created opportunities for the group to take part in performances in a local theatre and put on their own performance to an invited guest audience.
A two-course meal was also provided for young people at Christmas
PLANS FOR THE FUTURE:
Square Peg will continue to provide accessible transport and activities such as the Inclusive Dance Group and the Two Left Feet walking Group.
