Brookfield Spaceplace (1084435) currently leases the building we operate within from Preston College on a long term lease until March 2025. We have agreed to pay these costs and at the date of this report are waiting for the document to be produced, we are hoping that this will be any day now, as due to an administrative error our file was archived at Preston College for a number of months.
