**Objects:** 1) THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONG SUFFERERS OF MENTAL ILL HEALTH IN WALES IN PARTICULAR THROUGH THE PROVISION OF EMOTIONAL SUPPORT, INFORMATION AND PRACTICAL ADVICE.2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO MENTAL ILL HEALTH.

**Activities:** POBL Cymru educates the public & businesses re mental health & the stigma that prevails. We hope to assist people with a mental health condition to overcome the barriers to work and to ensure they get the support  & assistance they require to enable them to lead fulfilling lives. We will achieve this by training, mentoring & adopting a ?hands on? attitude to assisting sufferers & their families.
