(4) TO RELIEVE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, EITHER GENERALLY OR INDIVIDUALLY, OF PEOPLE AFFECTED BY MALE RELATED CANCERS IN THE UK BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY FOR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS SERVICES OR FACILITIES (5) TO PROVIDE GRANTS TO OTHER CHARITIES FOR RESEARCH, DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF MALE RELATED CANCERS.’
