Ex Sakerettes commenced its Sanitation Project in Saker Baptist College in March 2013 with Sceptic Digest Treatment of sewage and which is on going and the charity is carrying on with the project. The Sceptic Digest has seen a significance improvement in the students well being and has saved the money which spurred them to carry on various improvements and renovations.
