Colon Home Club was a charity with the aim of providing educalion818nd recreational activities to local school-age Children aged 4-11 years, through the provision ol a Breakfast Club and After-school Club. open 8.00-8.SOam and 3.30-5.30 every school day. From September 2020, the charity wilhdrew from the operation of the Breakfast Club and After-S¢hool Club from September 2020. The trustees completed the decision to proceed with dissolution in the AGM. During the financial year, 2024-2025, the CIO has been in the process of dislribuling Commencing application for the dissolution to the Charities Commission. Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year In accordance with the CIO objectives and as part of the process ol dissolulion and the previous AGM decision, during the financial year 2024125, the Colon Home Club did not undertake any financial transactions. The Colon Home Club continues lo progress with the dissolution as part of the plan for closing the charity. There were no expenses or Income within the accounting period whilst the Colon Home Club remains inaclive. No siaff were employed by Colon Home Club. The income did not exceed £25.000 income as part of the relum submission. The committee expects lo proceed wlh the completion of the dissolulion ol the CIO. TAR March 2012
