The Club is formally managed by the Trustees and is in the process of
dissolution following the handover of operational activities of the Home
Club to Davidson Roberts. The Trustees form the Committee, and are
responsible for making decisions on the Club as it is closed down.

Objectives and activities
The objects of the CIO has been to advance the education and provide
for the recreation of children of school age by making facilities and
services available to them during out of school hours and, at the
discretion of the Trustees, during school holidays.

Coton Home Club as a charity had the aim of providing educational and
recreational activities to local school-age children aged 4-11 years,
through the provision of a Breakfast Club and After-school Club, open
8.00-8.50am and 3.30-5.30 every school day.
From September 2020, the operation of the Breakfast Club and After-
School Club from September 2020 has passed solely to Davidson-
Roberts. The trustees completed the decision to proceed with dissolution
in the AGM in 2023. During the financial year, 2022-2023, the CIO has
been in the process of distributing the funds prior to submitting the
dissolution to the Charities Commission.
The Club is registered as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation with the
Charity Commission.

Summary of the main
achievements of the charity
during the year
In accordance with the CIO objectives and as part of the process of
dissolution and the previous AGM decision, during the financial year
2023124, the Coton Home Club was able to complete the transaction,
leaving residual funds to support the completion of the dissolution. The
Coton Home Club continues to progress with the dissolution as part of
the plan for closing the charity.
There were no expenses or income within the accounting period whilst
the Coton Home Club remains inactive. No staff were employed by Coton
Home Club.
The income did not exceed £25,000 income as part of the return
submission.
The committee expects to proceed with the completion of the dissolution
of the CIO.
