**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:3.1 THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN SIERRA LEONE BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY3.2 FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS IN SIERRA LEONE IN SUCH WAYS AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES THINK FIT INCLUDING BY AWARDING TO SUCH PERSONS SCHOLARSHIPS, MAINTENANCE ALLOWANCES OR GRANTS TO ENABLE THEM TO GAIN EDUCATION AT ANY SCHOOL, UNIVERSITY, COLLEGE OR INSTITUTION OF HIGHER OR FURTHER EDUCATION.

**Activities:** We raise money in the UK so that we can pay the secondary school fees of the brightest children from poor homes in several villages in Sierra Leone - Mahera, Kayunga, Bonthe and Shenge.  We also buy wheelchairs and adapted bicycles to enable disabled children to get to school.  Finally, we give grants to groups and organisations which meet the education and training needs of the poorest students.
