1. Accounting Policies
The charity is a CIO and it was donnant during the year.

Basis of Preparatlon
The financial Slatements have been prepa￿1 under the historical cost convention unless
otherwise specifEd wiihin these accounting policies and in accordan￿ with Section 1A of
Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and
the Republic of Ireland, and the Statement of Recommended Practice
Reporting by Charities (effective January 2015).
Accounting and
The charity is exempt from the requirement to prepare a cash flow statement on the grounds of
its size.
2. Taxatlon
The charity is not subject to UK taxation.
3. Amount due to John Carpenter Club General Fund
The John Carpenter Club General Fund has agreed to Support the charity for the foreseeable
future. This balance is interest free and has no fixed repayment date.
