Trustees’ Report
The trustees present herewith the accounts of the charity for the year ended 31 October 2022, and report thereon as follows:
Incorporation
The charity was incorporated on 24 October 2012 as a private company limited by guarantee and not having a share capital, and converted to a CIO on 2 April 2019.
Status
The CIO is registered with the Charity Commission with No. 1158221.
Period of Account
The current period of account is from 1 November 2021 to 31 October 2022.
Activity
The charity had no activity during the year.
Trustees
The trustees holding office at the Balance Sheet date were:

1. Accounting Policies
The charity is a CIO and it was dormant during the year.
The following accounting policies have been applied consistently in dealing with items which are considered material in relation to the charity’s financial statements.
Basis of Preparation
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otherwise specified within these accounting policies and in accordance with Section 1A of Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and the Republic of Ireland, and the Statement of Recommended Practice - Accounting and Reporting by Charities (effective January 2015).
The charity is exempt from the requirement to prepare a cash flow statement on the grounds of its size.
2. Taxation
The charity is not subject to UK taxation.
3. Loan Account
The loan is from the John Carpenter Club General Fund, which has agreed to support the charity for the foreseeable future. The loan is interest free and has no fixed repayment date.
