Accounting Policies The charity ts a CIO and it dormant during the year. The following accounting policies have been applied consistentty in dealing with items which are considered material in relation to Ihe charity's financial statements. Basis of Preparation The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention unless otheTWi5e specified within these accounting policies and In accordance wilh Section 1A of Financial Reporting Standard 102, the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Ihe Republic of Ireland, and the Slaternent of Recommended Pract¢ce Accounting and Reporting by ChaTilies (affective January 2015) The charity is exempt from the requirement to prepare a cash flow statement on the grounds of its size. 2. Taxallon The charity is not subject to UK taxation. 3. Loan Account The loan is from th8 John Carpenter Club General Fund, which has agrèed to support the charity for the foreseeabte future.
