**Objects:** TO RELIEVE ELDERLY PERSONS IN KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA AND OTHER LONDON BOROUGHS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF ISOLATION, THEIR FINANCIAL CIRCUMSTANCES, PHYSICAL OR MENTAL HEALTH AND BY PROVIDING A FRAMEWORK OF SUPPORT FOR OLDER PEOPLE TO HELP THEM REMAIN HEALTHY AND INDEPENDENT.

**Activities:** Supporting older people in Kensington and Chelsea; promoting healthy living and lifestyles; encouraging community cohesion; reducing isolation among the older community; providing over 150 free activities annually which include physical, creative and mentally stimulating, learning and health-related activities focusing on prevention.
