**Objects:** TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 16-24 YOU ARE NOT IN EMPLOYMENT EDUCATION OR TRAINING, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY TO HELP ETHNIC MINORITY GROUPS AND EX-OFFENDERS IN LONDON, BY PROVIDING ADVICE AND ASSISTANCE AND ORGANISING PROGRAMMES OF EDUCATIONAL AND OTHER ACTIVITIES AS A MEANS OF:(A)ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;(B)ADVANCING EDUCATION; AND(C)RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** Improve BME youth outcomes within Education, Employment, and Enterprise. Provide bespoke, end-to-end careers solutions/ IAG services for disadvantaged and underserved young minoritised job seekers. Access UK also provides culturally competent consultancy and engagement services based on the public health approach delivery model to tackle serious youth violence and anti-social behaviour.
