Thls large-scale project was evaluated In full by Richard King Consultancy. The purpose of thls
study was to better understand and be able to articulate the more nuanced working practices
and methods of Creatlve Recovery Artlsts when engaging the hardest to reach. We hoped to
share our leaming more widely, to further develop and embed this practlse and understand
how to induct new Artists into the 'Creative Recovery Way,. Unexperted circumstances meant
that we were required to refocus our consultancy brief. We learned a significant amount about
the recruitment and growth of a freelance workforce. We also grew our understanding how we
support freelancers to lead partnership projerts and work safely and effectively at the margins,
