**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE ORTHODOX JEWISH FAITH IN THE OBSERVANCE OF THE SABBATH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THROUGH:(1) THE ESTABLISHMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF AN ERUV; AND(2) THE PROMOTION OF ORTHODOX JEWISH TEACHING CONCERNING OBSERVANCE OF THE SABBATH.

**Activities:** The principal activity of the company is to advance the Orthodox Jewish faith in the observance of the Sabbath for the benefit of the public through (1) the establishment and maintenance of an Eruv; and (2) the promotion of Orthodox Jewish teaching concerning observance of the Sabbath.
