achtevements
ofthe charity
during the year||In order to raise funds and provide a safe environment
for social
interaction
of parents
and students
we organised 3family disco events,
one for Halloween,
one for Christmas
and one for Valentines
all ofwhich
were well attended.
Unfortunately
in March 2020 we went into covid|||
|||lockdown
and were unable to continue
with other planned|events.||
|||The awards made this year were:|||
|||f100to a young person and his mother so they could visit|family||
|||members
over Christmas
that had moved away. This had|a huge impact||
|||on the student
mental
health.|||
|||f200for a young
lady who's mother passed away suddenly|and was||
|||taken into emergency
care with no belongings.|||
|||f155to subsidise a payment
for the making ofspecialist equipment||for a|
|||young person.|||
