Malm8sbury and District Foodbank (the Foodbank) is an independent unincorporated 888OCi8tion.
8dmlnlstered in aLwrdani* Thrfth its constitulion and Is a member of the Trussell Trust group of
foodbanks. The Foodbank is governed by a board of trustees as above. A salarked Project Manager
overseas the practical operation and the day-tIFday running of the Foodbank, and is supported by
assistant Managers at the distribution c8ntr8s in Malmesbury and Cricklade. Non-P8rishable food and
domestic items are stored at a wareTrM)us8 in Little So￿￿r[W￿, overseen by 8 WarelK>us8 Manager. All
personnel {exduding the PM) are volunteers. There were 107 at the erMI of March 2024, who recetve
no renumeration.

Flnanclal review
Due to the funds held consistenlly 6XC8eding £ 85,000, (the maximum amount protected by the FSCS),
a second bank account was opened earfy in 2024 to spread the financial risk. This enabled more
robust, strategic financlal planning w5th regard to the investment of funds. Funds to cover a 6 month
period are hèld in a Cufrent account. with the balan￿ being invested in different timebound investment
accounts to maximise interest that Can be eamed.
