**Activities:** To support Heart and Lung transplant patients of the Freeman Hospital, who are sick and convalescing, by providing advice relating to transplantation including financial assistance.Education of the public regarding transplantation and organ donation, and supporting vital research into Heart and Lung transplantation and after care.
