**Objects:** TO RELIEVE HUNGER AND MALNUTRITION AND IMPROVE THE FUNCTION OF THE NATURAL HUMAN IMMUNITY SYSTEM OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PROGRAMMES AND RESEARCH WHICH PROMOTE ENCOURAGE AND FACILITATE THE PRODUCTION OF EGGS AND OTHER ECONOMICAL FORMS OF PROTEIN AND IN SO DOING TO INCREASE THE CONSUMPTION OF EGGS CONSUMED IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES BY MAKING EGGS AND OTHER ECONOMICAL FORMS OF PROTEIN MORE ACCESSIBLE TO THE MALNOURISHED AND UNDERFED; ANDTO FURTHER EDUCATION IN THE BENEFITS OF HIGH QUALITY PROTEIN IN THE DIET AND TO EXCHANGE KNOWLEDGE WITH INSTITUTES AND CORPORATE ENTITIES TO THIS END.

**Activities:** The IEF champions the egg, specialising in our core area of expertise ? egg production. Through our work we want to showcase what can be achieved through the power of the egg. We want to work with other major organisations and foundations, adding value to existing and proposed projects, to increase the availability and intake of high quality protein in developing regions.
