Lets for Life were a key. party lo delivering the housing for Leeds Srnall Supports ProgTarnme- as the only Rggislerod
Provider who agreed to take part in it. This has since been used a good practi￿ case study and talked about nationally.

Housing, to feedback lull reporting of the Tenant Satisfaction Measures. The truslees were impressed with the overall

resolved within the ti￿esCa1eS set out within the Housing Ornbudsman's Complaints Handing Code.
The Trustees believe this is reflecb've of only having a high staff to tenant ratio we have invested in resource to ensure that
tgnants iecgive a lirsi class service Irotn every member ol our leatn and ¢onlrador repres8ntaiiv9S.
Despite this, Lets for Life continually strive for improvement and the moniloring the Complaints Handling Code ensures,
allows for us lo do Ihis. They welcome all feedback to help us to continue lo drive up perfcrmance and satisfaction to all our

tenants, and navigating complex Transforming Care framework and proje¢ls, the Trustees are confident in Ihe opportunity

Through funding from ils parent charrty via an inlra-group agreement, Lets for Life was able lo maintain a heallhv finan¢i81
position The corvpanys financial resources are being closely monitored. recorded and reported al a managerial and Board
level, and will continue to be so on an ongoing basis.
Al the point ol registralK)ll, it was approved by the HCA that the cliarity cornmit8 lo hold a balance in reserves of £100.000 in
order to fund ongoing liabilrties and to protect the business from an> shortfalls in revenue. Unrestricted resetves al 31 March
2024 amounlgd to £355,842.
One of the Trustees, Cameron Ivia Hensmill Eslalesl, ho5 made available o nurnber ol properties at Newton Place and
Th8 Old Vicar8g8. Thes8 properties arelgasgd by L8ts for Lilg from Hgnsrnill Eslatss and thereafter r&nl8d on by Lgts lor Life
lo individual qualifying lenants. Thg rental level between Hen5mill Eslales and Lel8 for Lrfe is Sel using identical parameter5
as are operated with third party landlords.
In the view of the Iru5tees, the rents paid are discounted from the rnarkel rates that Hensmill Eslales could achieve by renting
Ihe properties directly on the open morket.
