TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF PEOPLE IN CASTLE DONINGTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND SERVICES CALCULATED TO RELIEVE SUCH NEEDS.
