**Objects:** The objects of the Charity (“Objects”) are, for the benefit of the public, the advancement of education and training, including knowledge-based and competence-based training, in such parts of the UK and other parts of the world, as the Trustees think fit, including (but not limited) to: 1. establish, promote and operate schemes for the assessment and certification of individuals working in the water and wider utilities industries; 2. award qualifications, covering vocational skills and knowledge for individuals working in the water and wider utilities industries; 3. the approval and monitoring of assessment centres for the training and education of individuals working in the water and wider utilities industries; 4. provide the opportunity for continuous education to all individuals working in the water and wider utilities industries; and 5. promote a culture of health and safety awareness in the water and wider utilities industries.

**Activities:** CABWI Awarding Body is a recognised awarding organisation, providing vocational qualifications for individuals who work in the water and wider utilities and construction industries.
