All events and activities carried out this year were in association with our constitution and the guidance issued by the Charity Commission. No fundraising events were carried out this year. Building on the learning from the Kuje water project, EquipAfrica partnered with the primary care team in Kuje Area Council to conduct a structured maternal health needs assessment across two PHCs: Kuje PHC (existing partner) and Kuchiyako PHC (a new site). **Summary of the main activities** The assessments will be carried out in 2026. **undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)**
