All events and activities carried out this year were in association with our constitution and the guidance issued by the charities commission. No fundraising events were carried out this year. We continued and completed the Kuje project this year. Following our survey of patients and staff in the Kuje Local Government Area. Concerns were raised regarding the state of the Kuje Primary Health Care facility. In particular, they lacked water supply and sanitary wares Summary of the main activities including toilets and showers. This was of particular concern as they undertaken for the public had a maternity unit on site with no access to clean water in house benefit in relation to these objects (include within this We set up a project plan with the aim to deliver running water and section the statutory waste disposal to the facility via an existing borehole.
