## **Structure, governance and management** 

The charity is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation which was formed on 24 June 2014. The charity is run by its trustees who meet on a monthly basis to review progress on its objectives and the updated financial position 

## **Objects and activities** 

Preservation of life in particular but not exclusively by: 

The provision of (and the training of people to use) cardio pulmonary resuscitation equipment including automated external defibrillators in England and Wales (and especially Rotherham); Raising awareness and providing information relating to the location and the use of such equipment. 

## **Main Activities undertaken for the public benefit** 

All of the above together with providing advocacy, advice and information to the people of Rotherham and the surrounding area 

## **Achievements and performance** 

During the year the charity facilitated the provision of 13 external defibrillators and delivered talks to some community groups 

## **Financial Review** 

The charity recommenced raising funds from innovative social events following the hiatus during the recent pandemic. 

Through this means , and donations from supporters, it continued with its work of offering financial support to local community groups to provide defibrillators in their communities. 

At the year end the charity had a bank balance of £15603. There are no employment costs or other significant general overheads
