no material uncertainties exist, including considering the impact ol Covi&19. The Trustees have
considered the level of fund5 held and the expected level ol Income 8nd expenditure for 12 months
from outhorising these financlal slatemenls. The budgeted income and expenditure Is 8uffi'cienl with
the level af reserves for the Charity lo be able to continue as a going concern.

inu>me will be received and the amount of income receivable can be measured reliably.

All expendrture is indusive of irrecoverable VAT.
