The charity was formed to create a medical facility in the village of Bistor in Bangladesh, and the background to the project is as follows: The population of the catchment area is 11,000, many are living below the poverty line. There is currently no free medical care within a five miles radius, and no public transport to the nearest town.

Objects: To Relieve Sickness And To Preserve The Health Of Patients Of The Mofizuddin Mazeda Medical Centre In Dinajpur, Bangladesh, By Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Professional Medical And Nursing Care, And Equipment, Facilities, And Services Not Normally Provided By The Local Statutory Authorities.to Educate Patients, Doctors, Nurses, And Other Paramedical Personnel In The Preservation Of Health And Relief Of Sickness For All The Patients Of The Mofizuddin Mazeda Medical Centre.
