There wa8 a decre￿ of £82,575 (2024 decre&8e of £1 52,706) in funds during the year. Before accounting for
dep￿lation of £37,689 ther¢ was a d￿rease in funds of fA4.886. Cash fimds deereaged by £78.110 in the year
to £169,110. At this level cash reserves are circa 48Yo (2024 50Yo) ofannual ¢xpenditur¢. MaDag¢ment a¢wullts
are prnduced and presented at the trustees meetin8 on a quarterly basis.
The Directors bave a policy of a rniDirnum reserve of 3IPA of the annual rutining costs.
