Advancing the opportunities of disadvantaged children and young people
in mainstream education to make a positive difference in their lives. The
CIO provides assistance through the giving of grants, equipment or other

The Trustees meet to review the requests made for grants and use the
public benefit criteria lo ensure the outcomes are in line with the
objectives of the CIO. The Trustees meet the organisation lo verify the
request and ask for a report of the outcome. Trustees are invited to
allend the events the CIO have helped fund.
The Trustees of the TheSchoolBus Foundation believe that they have
complied with the duly in section 17 of the Charities Act 2011 to have due
regard to the public benefit guidance published by the Charity
Commission.
