## **– Trustee Report 2023 2024** 

There have been some changes on the committee during 2024 – 25 hence the delay in providing this report 

Community activities were held during the year to mark special events, a Christmas Party, several quizzes and Pop-Up pubs for example. Opportunities for private hire for parties and snooker evenings added to keeping the finances in balance. There were some excellent fundraisers again from Motor Rallies and a key running event. The local Community Council holds one meeting a year in the Hall – this will increase to two per year during 2025 

The heating in the Hall continues to give problems and the Trustees are working towards resolving this as soon as possible through looking at more eco-friendly and sustainable options. 

Over the next financial year we hope to raise awareness of the facilities on offer, and introduce a broader range of regular activities with the aim of encouraging local people and visitors to make use of the Hall and the surrounding green space.
