TIRABAD VILLAGE HALL

TRUSTEE REPORT 2019 -2020

29[th] December 2020

TIRABAD VILLAGE HALL

TRUSTEE REPORT 2020-2021

31/03/2021

As with the previous year the pandemic has affected how everything is running, we have not been able to continue with the initial openings for coffee mornings and events have been curbed due to restrictions. However, we have had enquiries regarding hiring of the hall for local rally events and look forward to working with these and other groups as soon as restrictions are eased.

There are plans to restart the coffee mornings and to open up the snooker room when we are able to and to begin advertising for usage in the local area.

Gareth Blythin has stepped down as Chair to focus on the Treasury role and Yvonne Starnes is now the new Chair of the committee.

As a committee we understand the need for restrictions in fighting the pandemic but are looking forward to being able to open the doors to the community in the future and will be working on a schedule of events to welcome people back into the hall.
