To advance the religion and related culture of Sephardi Jews in the
London and Hertfordshire area. for the benefit of the local and
surrounding Jewish communities, through prayer, celebration of religious
festivals and meetingslevents and the support of our community during
limes of need.

Our priority for this year was to offer on-line and in-person prayer
ServI￿S and activities under covid 19 condttions
During 202012021 we held regular weekly Shabbat and all Yom Tob
services mainly in-person bul when not possible, on-line. These included
multiple communrty and social events throughout the year.

Rambam Sephardi mernbership continued to grow.
We have held multiple events for the communrty including..
Lag La'omer Bonfire
Camp Rambam which was 1 week under canvass and very well
attended and enjoyed by all
Hanukkah doorstep meet and greet with doughnuts
Tu b'shvat doorslep meet and greet with frust trays
Purim Megilla, play and Mishloach Manot
Addtbonally we've developed core group leaming and social activities
particulady for young children and teens.
We also support those in our local communty in need with financial
support during the year, particularfy during the key festivals.

We continue to develop and grow our Sephardi Community in the NW
London and Hertfordshire areas. Throughout the covid 19 challenges we
provided excellent regular services and innovative events that bring
together the community in a trusted environment.

As at 311312021 we held £45,849 in reserves which will be used to pay
for accommodation, salaries and other running costs as necessary in Ihe
future as donations and other income fluctuates during the year.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended **31 March 2020** . 

**Responsibilities and** As the charity trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the **basis of report** accounts in accordance with the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”). 

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable  Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

## **Independent examiner's statement** 

I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect,: 

- the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Act; or 

- the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or 

- the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement that the accounts give a ‘true and fair’ view which is not a matter considered as part of an independent examination. 

I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the examination to which attention should be drawn in this report in order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
