## Friends of Carlton Camp. 

## Annual Report 2025. 

The charity continues to work hard to support local schools visiting Carlton Adventure by providing funding to enable disadvantaged pupils to experience going on residential, outdoor pursuits visits. Two Hartlepool schools, St. Helens Primary and Kingsley Primary school, both received £3,500 each for visits to Carlton in June and October 2025. 

As well as fund raising, the Friends secured a grant of £3,500 from a company called Red Gap Wind Farms. Our two main fund-raising activities for the year were a sponsored walk in September  2025 in the North York Moors and a repeat of the Christmas Dinner Dance and Grand Draw event in December, a successful and enjoyable night was had by all who attended. 

Members continue to regularly visit Carlton to complete D.I.Y. tasks e.g. erecting fencing and installing gates and gardening activities e.g. providing hanging basket and flower beds. 

Friends of Carlton Camp have a regular, steady membership of 18 people who offer their skills and expertise free of charge. Throughout the year the charity is on hand to help Carlton Adventure in any way that it can.
