To advance education for the public benefit in the subject of Gloucestershire County Cricket Club, its history and heritage, by the establishment and maintenance of a Museum and Learning Centre **Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document**

Within the restrictions placed on us following the lockdown of the Bristol County Ground and the subsequent and continuing closure of the Museum and Learning Centre 

- Continuing Fundraising activities 

- Seeking commercial sponsorship 

- Publicising the existence and aims of the Trust 

**Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the statutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit)** 

- Work on further booklets on various aspects of the County Cricket Club’s history with a view to further fundraising 

- Working with the County Cricket Club in preparation for the club’s 150[th] Anniversary in 2020. These celebrations will , circumstances permitting, now take place during the summer of 2021 

- Dealing with enquiries from individuals and organisations about the club, its past players and other historical items 

- Creation and development of our own website

- Continuing involvement with the County Cricket Heritage Forum (CCHF) to exchange views and ideas on setting up museum premises and educational facilities 

- • Continuing to be recognised nationally as a repository for donations of artefacts relating to Gloucestershire cricket 

- • Continuing to catalogue the collection and the creation of a dedicated web site 

- • Appointment of the Trust Treasurer as President of the County Cricket Club, mainly for his work in promoting the Trust within the cricket club. 

- • Launch of the Trust’s own website: https://gcccheritagetrust.org/
