**Objects:** TO ACT AS A RESOURCE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE UP TO THE AGE OF 25 WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF YOUTH, AGE, DISABILITY, FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE BY PROVIDING ADVICE, SUPPORT, TRAINING, MENTORING AND COACHING, WORKSHOPS AND BY ORGANISING SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT SERVICES AS A MEANS OF:(A) ADVANCING IN LIFE AND HELPING YOUNG PEOPLE BY DEVELOPING THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS INDEPENDENT, MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS;(B) ADVANCING EDUCATION; AND(C) RELIEVING UNEMPLOYMENT.

**Activities:** The Charity undertook education, training and support through tailored and personalised workshops , coaching and mentoring . Leading to increased confidence , self esteem and life chances of disadvantaged vulnerable young people to gain suitable Paid employment. The charity has benefited from grants provided by Starbucks, The Edgar Millward charity and the Big Lottery Fund, Rewards for All.;
