_GGCC Trustees meeting, year-end 2021_ 1 ## **GGCC Annual Trustees Meeting** # **For end of year 2021** ## **Those Present** - **Julian Reddihough JR** - **Brent Summers BS** - **Harry Moyse HM** ## _**The meeting was held on the second Saturday of the month**_ ## **Opening Prayers** **JR led an opening prayer.** ## **1. Financials/fundraising** - **JR We currently have approx. £25,000 available for the project** if a forthcoming rebate for gift aid is taken into account, and an outstanding amount from the Avenue Trust. - **JR** has finally received all the instruction from the accountant **to make the HMRC reclaim of income tax from the donation in question** - **JR Outgoings, other than maintenance costs for websites etc included two payments to Harry Moyse of £1500 and £500** for the continued development of Thinker. This was in payment for 1 month’s work for GGCC. - **It also included a payment for the Promotional website update to the US company Sub Splash, of £873.51 although this hasn’t started yet.** - **JR HM BS** It is noted that none of us have yet been able to load up the content for Sub splash as there is still work to be done on it. - **JR We have some new donors for the crusade ministry through the** _**Enter into Life site**_ **and a new bank account has been opened to specifically take donations for this side of the trusts work** The accounts are up to date and have been completed by Mann and Co and a return to the charity commission. _GGCC Trustees meeting, year-end 2021_ 2 ## **2. Trustees’ roles** - **These are the same as last year, but HM has also been collecting testimonies as well as developing Thinker** and he will be sharing with **BS** so that a combined list can be harmonized. A discussion of various new suitable testimonies with evidence obtained was had between **BS, HM and JR** - **JR Enter into Life Ministries (Evangelist Julian) This functions as fully part of GGCC as is the Evangelistic crusade side of GGCC activities,** **Other roles:** - **BS ‘The Experience Project’ in Southend** - **HM An ex JW disciple group. Extreme Bible study group** ## **3. GGCC Activities and new developments (Separate from Tree of Life)** ## **JR Africa Report** **JR summarized at the meeting what he had been doing on GGCC missions to Africa.** He reported that 2021 had been a fantastic year GGCC with the crusade ministry in Africa **(and all the updates can be separately seen in detail on the new GGCC evangelism crusades website www.enterinto.life)** This included: - **A 3-week CfaN coaching initiation trip** for JR as a completion of his Boot camp training, which was comprised of school’s evangelism and pop-up truck and market crusades in teams in the city of Morogoro, Tanzania. - **JR then did a 2000 Km scouting trip** across central Tanzania identifying and preparing the ground with a crusade director for **7 crusades** in 7 towns/ small cities - **5 of these towns were crusaded** , with main crusades, meetings, fire conferences. schools’ evangelism and pop-up crusades in markets and other public areas. Much of the ministry utilized evangelistic trucks and _GGCC Trustees meeting, year-end 2021_ 3 teams. **The result was over 76,000 recorded decisions for Christ (including schools figures)** - **JR was involved with 3 other evangelists in a EAC crusade in Kilosa** (as one of the above 5 crusades) with the same format. **There they saw over 18,000 decisions for Christ over a 2-week period** - **JR also did a kids crusade in the city of Morogoro with another evangelistic organisation** , and a Evangelism Invasion crusade in Dar es Salaam with other CfaN evangelists where the teams saw many thousands make decisions for Christ, which also included church preaching and schools and pop up crusades - **He went and did a televised discipleship conference, and preaching in Kenya** for Dr Bishop Charles Marita and Tumaini TV in Nakuru in Kenya (Tumaini TV now has a potential audience/coverage of 7.5 million people in the Nakuru and Nairobi areas of Kenya On all these events and activities, **JR reported that the Lord power was seen in many miraculous healings,** which are logged on our GGCC website. www.enterinto.life **JR, HM** and **BS** all gave thanks to God for all that he had done and for his tremendous answered prayers and for the souls save, and gave him all the glory!!! ## **Plans for 2022** - JR announced has active plans to go to do crusades in Zambia, Tanzania and Uganda in the coming year, and is currently in discussions about these outreaches ## **4.Tree of Life progress report** There had been some delays again this year to progress caused by - The large period of time **JR** was away in Africa, on missions - **BS** involved in a build-up of intensive work for the Experience Project after the ending of the covid lockdown - HM getting married and working in a new job. _GGCC Trustees meeting, year-end 2021_ 4 **We reaffirmed the aims and scope of Tree of Life;** - **Preaching Gospel Messages.** - **An Interactive/community.** - **Apologetic The Bible – A book that is Extraordinary, History, Prophecy, Mystery. Answering specific common objections.** - **Healing Testimonies/ Miracle evidence.** **JR** noted that due to the development of a CfaN ap this year for its evangelists, the ideas of a resource for evangelistic events in different evangelists locality – section and resource for evangelists on the Tree of Life would be scaled back . **HM and BS** The gathering of testimonies with evidence is making good progress **JR** Tree of Life remains on the CfaN graduate program - The Online Evangelist Tree of Life Initiative. (10 graduates expressed interest **)** ## **JR Content material for the Tree of Life website /ap continues to grow.** **HM agreed to make a Google Drive** for content to be loaded up in preparation for the site construction. **JR** After a couple of failed attempts with designers this year JR invited the meeting to consider **some different conceptual ideas for a graphic** to develop for the look of the Promotional site, so no more time would be wated ## **The current website picture;** **HM BS JR** discussed this and although it had the merit of a symmetrical shape, the mirrored look did make faces in the picture which even with attempts at disguising by a graphic designer still seem to show ‘faces’ which look evil! ## **Other potential replacements:** _GGCC Trustees meeting, year-end 2021_ 5 ## **No 1. A stylised graphic image of a tree rather than basing it on a picture of a real** ## **one** **JR HM BS** Had discussion on these graphics, and it was noted that JR and HM expressed a preference for a revised version of no 3 **HM** mentioned that no 3 could be photoshopped to make it more symmetrical and perfect looking **JR** said that moving lighting effects could be added to this as we originally discussed or it can be animated like https://vimeo.com/46806453 _GGCC Trustees meeting, year-end 2021_ 7 **JR then raised the subject of changes to the promotional website text and other factors, and a discussion with BS and HM agreed with a target finishing date for these changes in the summer of 2022** ## **5. Harry’s Thinker/Tree of Life work update** **HM** discussed the stage that the thinker development was at which he described as proof of concept or ‘bicycle’ stage. As such , it had some functionality, but more development was required to get it to the ‘motor’ car stage which is the full realisation of the vision for the software. **HM** mentioned that he had a way of using some of the software in a simpler form which could have a commercial application to be sold at universities and other organisations such as business schools. He then went into some detail with **BS and JR** with illustrations of how this software could work to sort out arguments from counter arguments so people could see the roots of their disagreements not the superficial emotional aspects. This would bring clarity of thought on the matter in question. This he said could have some financial blessing for GGCC in the form of a tithe of the profits. ## **6. Brents Testimonies /Tree of Life work update/ The Experience Project outreach** **BS** explained how he was discovering new testimonies with evidence, and how they would be presentable on the website and ap. He has developed categories, according to the supernatural gift of God shown, such as word of knowledge, healing, word of wisdom ## **The Experience Project** BS is working in this project with the support of HM and JR as part of GGCC aims of evangelism **BS** mentioned that he had seen around half a dozen salvations in the past year at the experience project, and people healed, and we all praised God and gave glory to God for everything he is doing There were discussions between **BS, JR and HM** about Simons current position before God and his leadership goals of the project, which it was noted at this current point frustrate potential ministry that as a group GGCC could have a _GGCC Trustees meeting, year-end 2021_ 8 further role in. Currently the leadership presented a block on what we could do, and for a church plant. We all agreed the situation needed prayer for things to change. ## **7. Any new Potential developers** **HM** suggested a new developer for the main development. His name is David White. He is a Christian with his own established business and track record. He is a full stack guy, so his gifts include design. He does artificial intelligence. His site is called www.netriver.com ## **8.
