**Objects:** (1) TO PROMOTE COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OFRWANDA BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR PLAYING CRICKET(2) IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECT BUT NOT OTHERWISE TO CONSTRUCT AND MANAGE, ON A NOT-FORPROFITBASIS, THE FIRST DEDICATED CRICKET FACILITY IN KIGALI, RWANDA(3) TO INCLUDE WITHIN THE CRICKET FACILITY AND OPERATE AND/OR MANAGE (WITHIN AND/OR OUTSIDETHE FACILITY) SUCH OTHER ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES AS THE CHARITY TRUSTEES MAY DECIDE FROMTIME TO TIME SO THAT THE PLAYING AND/OR COACHING OF CRICKET WILL FORM PART OF ACOORDINATED APPROACH TO CHALLENGES FACING RWANDANS RELATING IN PARTICULAR TORECONCILIATION, HEALTH, EDUCATION, GENDER EQUALITY, AND THE PROTECTION OF CHILDREN ANDVULNERABLE ADULTS;(4) TO BENEFIT RWANDANS WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF GENDER, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OFPOLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER WITH THE COMMUNITY ANDTHE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, NGOS, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COORDINATED EFFORTTO OVERCOME THE SAID CHALLENGES.

**Activities:** Cricket Builds Hope&#x27;s aim is to build and manage, on a not-for-profit basis, the first dedicated international cricket ground in Rwanda. This will promote community participation in healthy recreation for the benefit of the inhabitants of Rwanda and bring people together through participation in the sport.
