its work with young people,|

its accessibility

and neuro diversities,

the groupwork

the trait of high sensitivity,

||||||strengthen
confidence,
promote optimism,
build resilience,

||||||increase esteem —CORE.|
||||||CORE has also offered one-to-one space for young people that|
||||||have completed
the groupwork
program
to continue
looking at the|
||||||topics covered
in a more detailed
and individually
tailored way.|

to|CORE use a creative format for its sessions that engage young
people on topics such as identity,
influences,
relationships,
growing
and changing,
stress and relaxation.|

Brighton 8 Hove. Young people access groups such as these by
being referred
by their teacher or pastoral

||||||anxiety, the groups continue to be a lovely way to create a feeling|
||||||ofconnection
and shared experiences
and provide tools for dealing|
||||||with some ofthe challenging
feelings that sensitive
young people|
||||||have experienced.|
