prcyress was achieved as Muntada Aid successfully attsined a posiLive
balance in unre5fricted fund5.
This accomplishment reflects the charity's forward mcrnenturn, signifying
its Bbility to surmount Lhe thallengeg of a challen9ing hlstorical pèriod.
The charity is acutely aware of the upcoming hurdles, partlcularly the
specific risks tied to establishing a sustainable financial model for its COSt
strutluie, augmenting levels of income for unrestrlcted funds. ènd
enhancing the efficiency of its oFErational processes. These challenge&
when compounded, will inevitably impact the charit*s strategic blueprint.
Moreover, the comprehensive adoption of ihe full cost recovery model has
not only enabled the charity to accuratety pinpoint the actual costs incurred
