Afro-Brazilian Arts & Cultural Exchange
Institute harnesses the power of sport, arts,
music, dance, and martial arts to improve
the quality of life of disadvantaged
individuals in our community.
Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian Martial Art that
combines kicks, self-defense, acrobatic
movements, dances and rhythms and has
therapeutic properties. With our projects we
aim to improve the physical and mental
well-being of all those who need it the most.
